Just more history

Just some more history: I received the call from the Doctor while I was taking a mini-vacation after Christmas. When I returned, I saw a dietician regularly and had to be put on insulin. I cried all the way home that day. I thought having to take insulin was the end of the world, but I understood it was necessary for Walker's sake. I watched everything I ate, took a regular water-aerobics class for preggos, and actually lost 30 lbs from my first weigh-in at the doctor's office until Walker was born. THIS IS NOT PHYSICIAN RECOMMENDED, however, I was eating much healthier and being much more active than before, so it was just enevitable. I did not intend to lose weight during pregnancy, but the further along I got, the better I felt. After Walker was born and I lost the baby weight, I ended up being down about 50 lbs. Then I started eating "normal" again and when I could no longer wear the new "skinny" clothes I had bought, I knew I needed help. I did not want to get back to where I was. Heck, I actually weighed what my driver's license said and that was a lie at the time! So I joined Weight Watchers at 257 lbs.
